How long will delivery take?
Please allow up to 4-14 business days for delivery. We process all orders within 1-2 business days. While delays may occur due to product availability or unforeseen factors, we will notify you via email if there are any issues. Once processed, your order will be on its way!
Will my order arrive in multiple shipments?
If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as they might be shipped from different warehouses to ensure efficient delivery. Rest assured, all parts of your order will reach you soon.
I have my tracking number, but it’s not working. What should I do?
Tracking information might take a couple of days to update in the courier’s system. We use Australia Post, Aramex for smaller items and BSTrack for heavier items. Please wait 3-4 business days before checking your tracking status. If you still can’t track your order after this period, contact our support team for assistance.
